Supervisor stands for organization. Employees think the supervisor's words and deeds are just for the organization. Then, it is very important to the supervisor that whether he supports employee will work greatly on the employee's future behavior and working performance. Global economic bring great challenge and opportunity, and also the relationship between employees. Supervisor support can lighten working stress and reduce bad influence effectively which bring to employee and organization. We focus on how to assure employee have a good developing and keep them higher career commitment.This research has investigated more than 506 members with questionnaire, and analyses the data by exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlative analysis, Hierarchical regression analysis and ANOVA to do the research. And get the following conclusions:Firstly, Perceived supervisor support, organization based self-esteem and career commitment presents remarkable correlation; information support and value identified can predict career commitment efficiently.Secondly, perceived supervisor support predict career commitment efficiently through organization based self-esteem, that is, organization based self-esteem plays a part mediation role between perceived supervisor support and career commitment.Thirdly, age, marriage state, length of service, position of employee and kind of corporation show different great influence to career commitment.
