| Based on random sampling, I investigated the current situation among the social support, professional commitment and career decision making difficulties of 502 students from a university with questionnaire survey,analyzed the relationship among the three.The objective of them is to investigate the current employment situation of college students, and provide theoretical guidance for employment.This study use social support scale,professional commitment questionnaire and career making difficulty questionnaire as the research tool, using descriptive statistical analysis, independent samples T test, correlation analysis, and regression analysis and other statistical methods to analyze 502 valid questionnaires,the results showed:(1) In the aspect of the genger, there is no significant differences among career self-exploration, career planning exploration,career target determine and career decision making difficulties, but on career information exploration, the female students showed more difficulties than male students.(2) In the aspect of the subject type, there is no significant differences on career information exploration,career self-exploration, career target determine and career decision making difficulties.However, the liberal arts students showed more difficulties than science students on career planning exploration.(3) In the aspect of the speciality conformance to interest, there is a significant differences on career decision making difficulties and its each dimension.(4) In the aspect of the gender and subject, there is no significant differences on professional commitment and its each dimension, In the aspect of the speciality conformance to interest, there is a significant differences on professional commitment and its each dimension.(5) There was a significant positive correlation of College Students’ social support,professional commitment and career decision making difficulties.(6) The professional commitment plays a partial mediator between the relation of social support and career decision making difficulties. |
