Research On College Soccer Team Development Model In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

It is an important action for the ordinary university to organize football teams which is the founder of China's multi-channel and multi-level training of football athletic talents. It aims to raise athletes with ideal, culture, discipline, and morality, form a team to participate in the international competition and the athletic exchange, undertake World University Games, and fulfill the task of making the ordinary college sports training become one of the main forms of national sports training.Management by Objective (Management by Objective, or MBO) is, in recent years, the rapid development of an effective management method, and many enterprises are actively introducing this management method. In terms of management personnel, target management makes him know how he can effectively control his subordinates and have good communication with them; as for the member, through the goal hypothesis, implementing the self-control and achieving the goal diligently may stimulate its independency and the creativity. Management by Objective can improve business plan, management control and coordination of human use; it can also determine fair treatment, assessment of the performance of managers, as well as the effectiveness of training and development. Through the 70 case studies of management, a foreign institution found that 68 cases of productivity had been enhanced. It would be a very good innovation if the management by objectives can be transplanted to the ordinary university football team's management, and this article attempts to utilize management by objectives method the ordinary university football team in the management.This article takes 32 teams as the object of study who participate in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region eighth session of university students' athletic meet soccer game by the means of literature, material law, survey, questionnaire, and comparison methodology to carry on the analysis and the research for the purpose of proposing the corresponding development model for the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region ordinary university football team's development, and the corresponding development countermeasure in view of the existence subject matter, which specifically includes next several aspects: implementing from the elementary school, the middle school to university's coordinated process training network; the suggestion of reforming existing enrollment measure, ie. implementing the elementary school, the middle school, the university coordinated process training system gradually; considering the unity of teachers and the training system; suggesting that the high level football team of should rise to degrade the control system; and suggesting that practices the ordinary university league tournament region system in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
