Research On The Running Pattern Of School Affairs Publicity

In the process of the development of higher education in China,the process of university opaque,corruption,the legitimate rights and interests of university faculty and students is difficult to guarantee the development of higher education has become the resistance,based on this,many university scholars open hot topic.The openness of university affairs in our country is a kind of policy system which is applicable to the university after the government affairs is open and the factory affairs is publicized.Since openness of school affairs is an effective way to promote school running according to law,democratic management and scientific decision-making,it is an important measure to guarantee university faculty,students and other relevant stakeholders to know,participate and supervise the affairs of higher education.In 1999,after many years of development,the openness of school affairs has made remarkable achievements: the major colleges and universities successively formulate the system of publicizing the affairs of the university;the faculty and students and the students who are involved in the related affairs Legitimate rights and interests of the increasingly high demand;scholars and senior management of public affairs more and more attention.On the contrary,there are many problems in the publicity of school affairs,including: the majority of groups do not know enough about the value pursuit of school affairs;the work of public affairs is not standardized,the public content is unreasonable;the system of public affairs is not perfect;Not in place and other issues are more or less exist.Based on the above analysis,this paper mainly uses the literature research method,the case analysis method carries on the thorough research to the school affairs public.The paper is divided into four parts:The first part mainly discusses the concept and connotation of school affairs publicity.It analyzes the relationship between university affairs and information disclosure from different angles,the theoretical basis and policy support of school affairs publicity,and the principle of open university affairs..The second part mainly discusses the significance and value pursuit of the public affairs of school affairs.The main value of school affairs publicity is to promote the school running according to law,democratic management,scientific decision-making;the pursuit of value is to protect the university faculty,students and other stakeholders of the right to know,participation and supervision.The third part mainly discusses the content of school affairs publicity.This chapter first analyzes and summarizes the content of school affairs disclosure from two angles,one is from the perspective of stakeholders to analyze the content of public affairs and try to build the contents of the school affairs ladder;another point of view is from the perspective of And analyzes the types of university affairs.The fourth part mainly explores the implementation process of school affairs disclosure,including the organization of public affairs,the procedure of publicizing school affairs,the main way of publicizing school affairs,the feedback of the results of public affairs and the evaluation of the overall effect.
