Along with the rapid development of economy, various kinds of resources are lacked and wasted. China put forward the goal of a resource-saving and environment- -friendly society. Wuhan Institute of Physical Education has a long history and be able to innovation and development. The efficiency use of venue is the key of teaching quality and building of institutions.This study is able to improve the efficiency use of venue, explore a practical and effective way to build a Conservation-oriented campus with its own characteristics. Through the literature, interview, field investigation.Pointed out that projects and venues are not balanced, teachers and students ratio imbalance, the arrangement of the complex problems caused impact on the status. Analysis the relevant factors of the constraints venues efficiency: because of the shortage of money, our school can not meet the needs of rapid development, the venues construction and development are also behind; the expansion of admission led to the shortage of qualified teachers; Course Scheduling criteria does not require school uniform .And put forward countermeasures, set the school funding is important, insist the way of "production, learning and research," follow the unite of community colleges and universities to develop a "win-win" situation; develop other venues on the original to promote the construction, strive to maximize the use of space; abide the laws of human science, cultural priorities and reasonable course arrangement; through reform of teacher incentive mechanism, engage retired teachers and broaden channels for the inflow of talent; focus on the excavation of building a conservation-oriented campus, promote the conservation and campus culture, building a conservation-oriented mechanism, establish a staff of sense of urgency with teachers and students, to explore a practical way to building a conservation-oriented campus. Improve the efficiency use of venues, promote the all-round harmonious development of school.
