| The new era gives new tasks and a new starting point carries a new mission.In recent years,China's development has advanced by leaps and bounds.Economic strength,scientific and technological strength,national defense strength,and comprehensive national strength have been greatly improved.People's sense of well-being and gains have improved remarkably.The national strategy of national fitness has been steadily advanced,and the construction of sports public services has been put on the agenda.However,in the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way,there are still many contradictions in which development is not balanced,inadequate,and lack of development momentum.The health of young people is the "road blocker" in the road of reform and development.Promoting the health of young people is a cover of school physical education and community.The comprehensive social undertakings supported by sports public services and family environment should be comprehensive,multi-level and three-dimensional.Based on the current situation and effect of school sports development,the current situation of youth sports demand is still not satisfied.Therefore,community youth sports public service will become a new model,new ideas and new normal.This paper analyzes the reality and research frontier of community youth sports public service in our country,and combines the basic conditions of Lanzhou City to demonstrate the four principles of the construction of community youth sports public service system in Lanzhou City.On this basis,the literature city method is used to complete the Lanzhou community.The preliminary selection of the indicators of the youth sports public service system,using the expert interview method to optimize the primary selection indicators,using the Delphi method to determine the specific indicators,using the analytic hierarchy process to establish the weight of the indicators at all levels,the formation of the system model,and ultimately The construction of the public service system for youth sports in Lanzhou City was completed.It is expected to promote the equalization of sports public services in the region,and provide a certain reference value for testing the efficiency and quality of community youth sports services,so that it can more comprehensively reflect the community youth sports service level and effectively evaluate,and at the same time further develop Lanzhou The city's youth public service standards and implementation provide the basis for promoting the healthy development of adolescents' physical fitness.Through research,the following conclusions are drawn:1)Through the primary selection of indicators,optimization of indicators,screening of indicators,and establishment of weights,the public service system for youth sports in Lanzhou City is constructed.The indicators are set,classified,optimized,screened and constructed in accordance with statistical principles,in line with the fitness needs of young people and requirements of enjoy services.2)The indicator system consists of five first-level indicators and 19 second-level indicators with intrinsic links,which can comprehensively,comprehensively and objectively evaluate the indicators of the public service of youth sports in Lanzhou community.The structure is reasonable and the weight is high.The coefficient is more objective,the index is strong and the degree of agreement is high.3)The construction of the indicator system can fully reflect the level of community youth sports service,and has certain reference value for detecting the efficiency and quality of community youth sports service.It can effectively evaluate the youth sports services in Lanzhou City,and provide a basis for further formulating the public service standards and implementation of youth in Lanzhou.This indicator can also be used for the evaluation of a wider range of public sports services. |
