| The Bare-hand Fighting of Wushu origns from Chinese nation, soon after, gradually moved towards the world,in either event of traning or competition,we shall to lead the world in this project.However,endure through the mutiple attraction of foreign fighting technical factors,in order to keep the traditional status of superior ,the original skill of Bare-hand Fighting should also up to date. This paper carried on massive qualitative and the quantitative analysis to the material and the data base on consulting the massive literature and international and domestic Bare-hand Fighting of Wushu watches of live video recording of male ,then proposed the"subdued principle"of wrestling skill in the modern Bare-hand Fighting of Wushu,to believe that the needful and absent dilemma on the current training and competition of wrestling is precisely one of the main factors of development to restrict our country's Bare-hand Fighting of Wushu .on statistics,we found that though some wrestling skill reaserch of technical anaysis have done in the signal grand ,lacking of systemesitic research on the Bare-hand Fighting of Wushu competition for the lated years .Thus,on disscution the common characters between Chinese wrestling and Bare-hand Fighting,proposing draw lessons from the skills of Chinese wrestling to complete the wrestling skill in Bare-hand Fighting, and induced the correlative training countermesures:inhance ability of wrestling prevention,stengthen the traning quantity of beating down, solidify the condition of professional strength,consolidate the basic making quality,develop the assault speed,outstanding individual merit and in the coordinating of self character of skills ,on the basis of real battle to require athletes wear headpiece,emphasis the sense of winning scores,stick to invating the ability of winning scores.In the hope of keeping the leading superiority as well as realizing sustainable and health development of our country's male Bare-hand Fighting of Wushu .
