| Wushu is an excellent national cultural heritage in China,and schools are important places for inheriting and promoting wushu culture.In recent years,the state has paid special attention to the development of martial arts in schools.The State General Administration of Sport and the Ministry of Education have jointly issued the Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education to Promote the Healthy Development of Teenagers.It is mentioned in the "Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education to Promote the Healthy Development of Teenagers" that social sports organizations should be supported to provide guidance for school sports activities and popularize sports skills.Where conditions permit,the government may purchase services from social sports organizations to provide physical education teaching and coaching services to primary and secondary schools lacking physical education teachers.The promulgation of the document provides a system guarantee for social sports clubs to enter the campus.This study to jiangyin social collaboration with elementary school campus wushu martial arts club activity as the research object,USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics research methods,such as martial arts club to jiangyin society into the present situation of campus,study and exploration results and the existing problems,and proposes the corresponding improvement countermeasures.The purpose is to realize the interaction and complementarity between social resources and schools,provide theoretical reference for promoting social martial arts clubs into the campus,so as to better promote the inheritance and development of campus martial arts.The results show that:(1)Social martial arts clubs to carry out campus martial arts activities to create a social martial arts club+school win-win mode,mainly carry out campus martial arts classes,martial arts interest classes,extracurricular martial arts club teaching and school martial arts sports team training and other campus martial arts activities,has begun to take shape.(2)Jiangyin social wushu club has few ways of cooperation and single form of cooperation,mainly in the form of social wushu club providing resources to the school and the school paying remuneration to the social wushu club.The activity agreement is not specific and clear enough,and the operation condition of the activity is poor.(3)the jiangyin social wushu martial arts club into campus activities enrich the campus martial arts teaching content and form,and promote the school martial arts competition performance,has won the acceptance of school leaders and teachers,the students welcomed,guarantees the school martial arts faculty,realize the interaction between the social resources and martial arts school activities complement each other.(4)Factors affecting the cooperation of Jiangyin Social Wushu Clubs and primary schools in wushu activities include:lack of guidance from administrative departments,access mechanism to be improved;The teaching methods of social wushu club coaches need to be improved;The salary level of coaches is low and the outflow phenomenon is serious;Social martial arts club into the campus management system needs to be improved;Lack of special funds.(5)Countermeasures for the development of wushu activities in cooperation between Jiangyin Social Wushu clubs and primary schools include:formulating the admission mechanism of social wushu clubs into the campus;Improve the martial arts teaching ability of coaches;Pay attention to the inheritance of wushu culture;Broaden the income channels of coaches,improve the salary of coaches;Perfect coach management system;Increase funding and cooperation. |
