The Present Situation And The Development Tendency Of The Young Tennis Of China

With the improvement of general strength and the economic development, our sport project has been developing rapidly; especially the athletics level has ranked top in the world. However, the development of our tennis is relatively slow that it has never taken up a place in the world's top tennis occupation. Therefore the focus we should pay close attention is how to change this situation to improve the competitive level of tennis. There are many reasons that course the problem. The most important factor that influences the result of tennis development is the situation of adolescent's tennis development. "Youth are strong, strong China", the paper attempts to based on the development of adolescent tennis, aims at ultimately promoting the whole national tennis development .This paper takes the young people as research object, the athletes and the coaches who attended"The tennis individual preliminaries in 2007 the sixth National City Games"and"The 2007 National Youth Tennis tournament 16-18 age group"as survey object. I adopted literature materials,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to investigate the situation of the development of adolescent tennis, to analyze the factor hindering the development of adolescent tennis, to put forward relevant countermeasure and ultimately come to the following conclusions:(1) In recent years the Chinese Government and society plough more into tennis, especially the rapid development of women's tennis in China has greatly promoted the tennis development, but for young people the investment is far from enough.(2) Our adolescent tennis slowly develops, narrowly popularizes, inadequately emphasizes, which result in shortage in enrollment, affect the improvement of tennis, thus, hinder the tennis development.(3) The existing drawbacks in china's tennis system, not only can it meet the domestic competition between the tennis players exchange, but also not conducive to the domestic tennis players to become international top players.(4) Under the influence of the sports system, the training model of our young tennis players is single, stifling a lot of tennis talent "seedling."(5) Though with higher educational level, the job training is unsatisfied, the research capacity poor, the teaching method stale, the training concept falling behind. In general, the training level of coacher is low.(6) China sport management for young people is lacking of theoretical research, lacking of scientific management methods and effective in the management process and enough intensity, eventually led to low management efficiency, thus affect the development of adolescent tennis...
