insufficient,it is difficult to meet the requirements of talent growth of young athletes,and fails to guarantee the positive development of young athletes.Therefore,the research on the active development of young athletes not only promotes youth work,but also meets the needs of the development of the current.This topic choice young athletes as the breakthrough point of the research,based on the theory of positive youth development research and paradigm,through literature method,questionnaire method and interview method and other research methods,systematic analysis of the adolescent athletes in the Bonding,social ability,moral ability and self management ability,self-efficacy and executive force of the development of 12 dimensions,from the development of internal and external environment analysis,the factors which influence the development of focusing on how to provide them with good development resources,from the different levels of adolescent athletes development environment,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions to strengthen the ability training of teenagers,To promote young athletes to achieve individual positive development goals and at the same time become the all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor of the socialist builders and successors.The conclusions are as follows:1.Based on the concept of Lin Danhua scholars,the positive development of young athletes includes four aspects: ability,character,self-worth and connection.In terms of ability,social ability,mental resilience and executive ability are well developed,but self-management ability and cognitive ability need to be further improved.In terms of character,coaches pay more attention to the gratitude and enterprising spirit of the athletes,while teachers pay more attention to the social virtues of youth sports,such as respect,friendliness and honesty.In terms of self-worth,young athletes still need help and support from the third party in terms of self-confidence and self-determination.In terms of association,the self-evaluation of the young athletes is basically consistent with the views of the coaches and teachers.The young athletes still have certain social skills,own their own principles and bottom line,and have no obvious shortcomings,but lack of opportunities to participate in practice2.Through the analysis of 12 dimensions,the positive development of young athletes mainly has the following development difficulties,that is,lack of self-discipline,low sense of self-efficacy,academic cognitive deviation,and the specific performance of mobile phone dependence,lack of confidence in their own ability,negative future life and so on.Moreover,from the perspective of PYD theory,the development of young athletes in China is extremely out of touch with the society,and the social participation needs to be further improved.3.In the cognition of athletes,management factors and hardware factors are far less important than emotional support factors and software factors.These four types belong to external development resources,while athletes only care about motivation and pursuit inside the individual.The two sides interact to promote the positive development of young athletes.In the context of adequate external development,the degree of development and achievement of young athletes depends on their innate athletic talent,motivation and life goals.Athletes’ self-confidence,self-discipline and mental resilience affect the positive and effective development process,and the final development results are affected by their expectations for the future and the pursuit of life.Suggestions are as follows:1.School level: In order to promote the positive development of young athletes,it is necessary to adhere to the integration of sports and education,and let the education system play its main responsibility of training young athletes;Strictly in accordance with the school’s rules and regulations,dormitory management system implementation,any mistake will be punished will be punished,strengthen their awareness of principles and rules;Improving educational curricula and content;To
