New physical education curriculum is an important ingredient of basic education reform. The success or failure of new physical education curriculum bases on not only the idea of curriculum and the supply of physical teachers but also the management level of physical education curriculum, among which "Binary opposition" thinking should be prevented and overcome. At the same time new physical education curriculum is a complex systemic work and various uncertain factors are involved. Thus the risk and difficult are inevitable during the course of reform, which suggests that effective steps should be taken to prevent and avoid risks to obtain prospective effect of physical education curriculum.In this article we used literature information method, ask and answer questions method, visit and talk method and mathematical statistics method to investigate partial Henan middle schools. The emphasis of the investigation was to study their thinking and behavior during the course of new physical education curriculum. We explained various uncertain factors and revealed certain risks during the course of new physical education curriculum, then we refered it to the superior relevant authorities to cause their attention so they could prevent those factors from happening. The sciencifictity and adaptivity of physical education curriculum would be reinforced further.The present study indicated that due to its indeterminateness physical education curriculum would affect the objective of the reform of course favorably or versely, which was the risk in this study. Though good results have been obtained from the reform of physical education curriculum, some risks existed still during the course of the reform of physical education curriculum after investigating the Leadership attention,participation of P.E teachers,attainment of course objectives,Physical and health status of students and course training for P.E teachers .Four remarkable risk factors were obtained in this study after statistical analyzing materials resulted from the investigation. According the important degree, they were: first, the course management; second, program objective; third, the course enforced; the last, the body participated. This study has obtained preliminary summary and theoretical explanation about those four factors.We raised strategic thought about some prevention and avoidance about risks of physical education curriculum after studying. First, advisory organization about decision-making of national basic education curriculum reform should be established, which can ensure the normalization and scientifiction of course. Second, government should enhance the management of teachers team-building and establish platform to ensure teachers to study further. Third, effective information freeback and evaluation regulatory mechanism should be established. Fourth, the rational construction of the reform of physical education curriculum should be enhanced on the base of our reality. Fifth, the reform of physical education curriculum should be aimed and consistent. The last, the safety lies in the middle course should be accepted in order to enhance the harmonious development of the reform of physical education curriculum. Our study have raised various operative suggestion about the reform of physical education curriculum on the base of practice.
