The micro teaching may feed back the teaching effect promptly; Forces the teacher to carry on reconsidering and the improvement; Is helpful in refines the teacher to succeed the experience, the purification teaching skill;"The same class different says"the practice way is helpful to the development collective wisdom.Second, there were some questions in the micro training. There were the theory to instruct insufficiently, were unclear to the teaching skill operation main point understanding; The assessment method was unitary, lacks was clear about the standard; Takes insufficiently the multimedia teaching technology use and so on..The author believed that, the micro training is a effective way of raisesing the thought political lesson teacher teaching skill, may train in a teacher promotes vigorously. About the question which exists in view of the micro training, may through practicing the way which while studying, obtains properly processing in the training process:First, must analyze the training content thoroughly. The article main excavation inducts the skill and the inquiry skill connotation value and the ways and means, consummates its operation main point.Second, must consummate the training process.
