Flipped classroom is a new teaching method under the information technol ogy era we transform classroom teaching.It can satisfy students' personalized l earning need,create conditions for students to play the subjectivity role adequa tely.Flipped classroom overturn the order between knowledge teaching and kno wledge internalizing,reverse teachers and students' role orientation,let students by watching micro lesson video proceed to learn autonomously before class,ac hieve knoledges' impart,by group cooperation research way to complete knowl edges' internalize in class,make students be the host of the class.Flipped clas sroom apply to exam-oriented education system,will be beneficial to change st udents' passive learning,enhance learning motivation,motivate learning interest.The text in total divide into four parts.First part,introduce flipped classroom's connotation and necessity.Flipped classroom is a new teaching method with new transform in relations between s tudents and teachers,new change in teaching process,new break through in vi deo producing etc traits,and have important sense to strengthen students' subje ctivity.Second part,introduce flipped classroom's implementation steps,take price change's effect for example,from preparation before class,implementation of cl ass,review after class three phases put forward flipped classroom's specific im plementation steps.Third part,analyze the questions and reasons for flipped classroom apply i n high school politics.In the process of implementing has examination trail seri ously,students' initiative weakly,and parents' cooperation degree not high etc qu estions.The cause of these problems is exam-oriented education system restrict,student's ability and teacher's quality restrict,hardware equipment and softwareresource not enough restrict,laggard evaluation methods restrict etc.The fourth part,put forward the countermeasures for flipped classroom appl y in high school politics effectively.We need to transform teacher 's idea,opti mize design scheme,increase aupport,and change evaluation method,promote fl ipped classroom fuse with senior high school politics better,let senior high scho ol politics come to life.
