The Research About Manage Problem Of Open Experiment Teaching In Higher Normal University

As the constant reformation of education and comprehensive practice of quality education, the experiment teaching which is the important step of cultivating persons with high quality and innovation plays more and more important roles in higher education. The open experiment teaching not only can improve the experimental skills and abilities of students, but also has a great significance at the cultivation of their innovative awareness and researching abilities. Recent years, many normal universities in our country take the open experiment teaching one by one. They get a good outcome and conclude lots of teaching methods of open experiments. But in the process of it, there are still many problems. Through researching the open experiment teaching in the higher normal university of Northeast Normal University, the author concludes some common problems and proposes some ideas and suggestion for reference and communication.The article includes four parts. The part of introduction defines the conception of open experiment teaching and explains the research direction, methods and values. In the first part, the article analyzes the characters and advantages of open, and sketches the basic conditions. In the second part, it shows the necessity and significance of developing open experiment teaching for high normal universities. And it indicates the principles and requests. In the third part, it introduces the open experiment teaching of NorthEast Normal University and other high normal colleges. And it also indicates the problems existing in the process of developing open experiment teaching in high normal universities. In the last part, according to the problems, the article puts forward some constructive suggestion.
