As the cornerstone of biology, experiment teaching plays the key role in biologyscience. No biological science will exist without experiment. In senior high school,basic and convenience are the outstanding factors for the experiment teaching inbiology. Teaching is mainly focused on verification and deduction the scientificconclusions. Recently, with the increasing concerned of innovative ability cultivationin education, some complex and inquiry experiments are brought into biologyteaching. As a result, experimental teaching becomes more important in thecurriculum standard proposed by the new curriculum reform in China.Experimental teaching is used to be regarded as the accessory of the theoryteaching in the traditional curriculum idea. The student practical operation ability arelimited in teaching, The biggest defect was found in experimental teaching whentraditional method meets the new teaching requirement. To reform experimentalteaching in senior high school, the first concern is the complex of biologicalexperimental setting. One teaching method isn t satisfied with overall experimentalteaching. Considering the experimental skills, experiments are classified into threelevels which showed the features form simple to complex, form shallow to deep.Always considered as a kind of teaching thought or method, open teaching isadvocated to open curriculum elements in teaching. According to different researchpurpose, researchers select to open different teaching content and degree. In this paper,opening the experiment content is the key content. in order to improve the effect ofteaching, adjust and optimize the teaching elements such as teaching method, teachingtime, teaching space and so on are all discussed in the paper.Opening the experiment content depends on curriculum resource development.According curriculum standard, curriculum resource of experiment teaching isanalyzed. Not only reform and innovation the teaching experiment but also explorethe new experiment according to the core concept of teaching demand. Finally, thefundamental research purpose is to provide high quality experiment class to student,improve the student ability and quality.
