A Research Of The Construction Of Open Laboratory In Newly-built University

Nowadays,the construction of open laboratory is the main detail in the university laboratory construction and the reform of experimental teaching.The newly-built university, as the main force in the popularization of higher education, should strengthen the role of practice teaching in talent cultivation system through the construction of open laboratory, and develop applied technology talents to adapt to the local economic construction and development. In this research, on the basis of related theory research and practice exploring, through the investigation of case university’ construction of laboratory, then find out the main problems of the construction of open laboratory and analysis them, at last we may put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This paper is divided into four parts. The chapter one is introduction, it includes that the social demand for the scale expand of applied technology talents through the industrial structure in our country, promote the local undergraduate colleges pf higher education structure adjustment to transformation development and application technology type, and the definition of concepts, such as the newly-built university、 open laboratory and so on. The chapter two is the theoretical connotation of open laboratory (theoretical basis、superiority、the principle of construction、the content of construction and the aim of construction), in order to provide theoretical support for the open laboratory construction. The chapter three, using a typical example—Lvliang University to analysis the implementation and the effect of early implementation about the construction of open laboratory, then solve the problems in the process of construction. The chapter four is the conclusion and suggestion of the construction of open laboratory of newly-built university, mainly from the long-term planing of laboratory construction、funding、optimization of experimental teaching system、the construction of teachers and students、the construction of management、the laboratory cultural construction and the construction of safety environmental protection.
