The integrated science curriculum have been developed in many countries of the world like a raging fire, but our country middle school scientific curriculum's implementation is actually hard to start. There are many factors which affect to implement the science curriculum in our country middle schools. The teacher is one of the key influencing factors. It's duty-bound to foster high quality teacher who has the scientific literacy and is able to adapt the science curriculum teaching for the normal universities. However, in the context of department instruction, how do the normal universities train the qualified scientific curriculum teacher highly effective? It's to become one of the goals of the research. After having consulted the massive literature materials, puts forward the corresponding proposal--Develop integrated science theme teaching for science students, in order to bring up student's integrated scientific thinking and to gain my ends on fostering science teachers through introducing the goal,the request,the method,the way and so on related content of implementing the middle school science curriculum to science students. This research uses the literature search, the questionnaire survey, the interviews as well as the case study method to carry my point that the suggestion which proposed to be whether effective and the feasible. Firstly, to summarize the origin, the connotation, the significance of the integrated science curriculum as well as the domestic and foreign research actuality; Secondly, to sum up the questions which presented to our country middle school science curriculum's implementation and to analyze variously the factor on teacher, elicit the corresponding action which normal university should make to deal with the raise qualified science teacher. Thirdly, put up the practice research on the integrated science curriculum's thematic instruction in the normal university. The findings indicated: The integrated science curriculum's thematic instruction stimulated the student to study the scientific knowledge enormously, to be advantageous to train the students'integrated scientific thinking and the ability to resolve realistic questions, and received the majority student's approvals and the high praise. The practice proved that it's feasible to develop thematic instruction of integrated science curriculum in the normal universities. Finally this paper is based on the practice research's result analysis to propose the corresponding suggestion on thematic instruction of integrated science curriculum, in order to ensure the effective implementation of this curriculum.
