With the social development and the improvement of living standards, the proportion of obese people has increased year by year, Obesity has become a hot research scholars. This study is the analysis of the domestic and foreign scholars on the premise of Obesity Research, obese middle-aged women with the actual situation in the design. This paper studies of water aerobic exercises exercise on body composition obese middle-aged women and some physiological and biochemical indicators of the impact of the body weight, body fat percentage, blood lipids, and other indicators, the analysis of the water Aerobics Exercise on obesity in middle-aged women lipid metabolism and lipid composition in order to explore the water Aerobics exercise on body fat metabolism of obese middle-aged women, and blood lipid composition of the possible mechanism for the middle-aged obese women lose weight movement and provide a theoretical basis. This paper mainly through expert interviews, a questionnaire survey and experimental methods, water aerobic fitness and weight loss for women physiological function of the physiological and biochemical mechanism of the effect of an attempt to water aerobic exercise on the scientific nature of the diet, effectiveness , the weight loss achieved through physical fitness campaign, enhance physiological functions, physical health purposes.This study selected 20 middle-aged women, aged 38-49 years old, for three months of training in water aerobics, experimental results show that:1. Water Aerobics exercises so that the body weight of obese middle-aged women, BM(IP<0. O5), percentage of body fat(P<0. O1), skin fold thickness (P<0. O5)and body have taken place in the circumference significantly decreased. Water Aerobics note that the practice of obese middle-aged women in good body composition changes.2. Water Aerobics exercises to middle-aged obese women's blood pressure, lung capacity(P<0. O1), the level of the index was significantly increased (P <0. 05), the quiet heart rate(P<0. O1) significantly decreased (P <0. O1), the middle-aged women of cardiovascular and cardiopulmonary function increased.3. Water Aerobics exercises to middle-aged obese women TC(P<0. O1), TG(P<0. O5), LDL decreased significantly (P <0.01), HDL increased significantly P <0. O1 ). Water Aerobics note that the practice of obese middle-aged women lipid levels to reduce the health hazards of factors, it can play a preventive role.
