Objective:To compare the effect of different proportions of aerobic exercise and resistance training on obese adolescents,and to explore the better proportion of aerobic exercise and resistance training,so as to provide reference for the formulation of exercise prescription in the process of obese adolescents'fat reduction.Methods:Forty-five obese adolescents from Happy Mountain and Sea Travel in Qinhuangdao City were randomly divided into three groups:A,B and C.Fifteen people in each group were given different exercise prescriptions:group A(50%aerobic exercise+50%resistance training),group B(60%aerobic exercise+40%resistance training),and group C(40%aerobic exercise+60%resistance training).All the three groups were trained for 28 days at the same time.During the training period,they were given unified accommodation,dietary intake and rest.The body shape(height,weight,BMI,body fat ratio),body circumference(chest circumference,waist circumference,thigh circumference,upper arm circumference),skin fold thickness(upper arm,shoulder nail and abdominal skin fold thickness),physical fitness(sitting forward bending,back strength meter,cruciform backward running)and body function(vital capacity,step index)were measured before and after the experiment.Statistical analysis was performed.Results:There was no significant difference in height between groups A,B and C before and after the experiment.In group A,body weight loss was 6.08 kg,BMI was 2.28kg/m~2,body fat rate was 4.13%waist circumference was 4.80 cm,chest circumference was 5.00 cm,thigh circumference was 3.33 cm,upper arm circumference was 1.57 cm,upper limb skin fold thickness was 2.93mm,scapular skin fold thickness was 4.80 mm,abdominal skin fold thickness was 9.53mm,sitting body forward flexion was 3.68 cm,back strength was 7.20 kg,cruciform fold was 0.49 s,lung activity was 169.5 ml,step finger thickness was 3.66 mm.The number is 7.58.In group B,the body weight decreased by 10.38 kg,BMI was 3.88 kg/m2,body fat rate was 6.41,chest circumference was 7.33cm,waist circumference was 7.60 cm,thigh circumference was 5.47 cm,upper arm circumference was 2.77 cm,upper limb skin fold thickness was5.20 mm,scapular skin fold thickness was 6 mm,abdominal skin fold thickness was 13.33 mm,sitting body forward flexion was 3.59 cm,back strength was 10.22 kg,cruciate fold back running was1.25 s,vital capacity was 401.89 ml.The step index is 5.66.In group C,the body weight decreased by 5.69 kg,BMI was 2.15 kg/m~2,body fat rate was3.40%,chest circumference was 4.47 cm,waist circumference was 4.27 cm,thigh circumference was 3 cm,upper arm circumference was 1.37 cm,upper limb skin fold thickness was 2.20 mm,scapular skin fold thickness was 4 mm,abdominal skin fold thickness was 7.13 mm,sitting body forward flexion was 3.78 cm,back strength was 6.84 kg,cruciate fold back was 0.37 s,lung viability was 167.93 M.The step index is 1.92.The results of body shape indexes of group A,B and C were body weight,BMI and body fat ratio before and after the experiment B>A>C;body circumference index chest circumference,waist circumference,thigh circumference,upper arm circumference after the experiment B>A>C;skin fold thickness index upper arm,shoulder nail,waist skin fold thickness difference between the groups B>A>C;body quality index sitting body flexion had no significant difference.Difference:The mean of difference between back strength meter and cross turn back running was B>A>C;the mean of difference between vital capacity and step index of body function was B>A>C.Conclusion:The body shape,body circumference,skin fold thickness,physical fitness and physical function of obese adolescents in group A,B and C were significantly improved.The difference of body shape,body circumference,physical fitness and body function in group B was higher than that in group A and C(except for sitting forward bending).It proved that the effect of group B was more significant in reducing fat,and the effect of 60%aerobic exercise+40%resistance training was more significant in obese adolescents.
