Obesity is a disease reverencing. worldwide now. It relates with many other diseases and is strongly harmful for human health, which is listed to the one of top ten risk factors relating with disease burdens. The reverencing of obesity is such wide in the world and the skein rate of obesity is also become even higher in China years by years. The hackneyed obesities are often caused by the factors like the lack of exercises, too much energy in taking or inheritance factor.Although there are so many treatments for obesity now, the idea that exercises with scientific diet controlling is considered the most safety and efficiency method for losing weight. Water running, where the original place is America, is an totally new aerobics, and is also beginning to spread around in China recently . Compared with the aerobics on land, water aerobics has its own advantages such like more energy consuming, less traumas on sport organs and other factors like psychology infection.But compared whit many oversea researches, the relative studies of water aerobics’ in China begin lately and cant be found easily . Nowadays, the public Chinese become to care the body fitness much more than ever , and kinds of effective fitness rebuilding are needed strongly.The relative research of water aerobic will benefit the development of water running powerful. This experiment take 26 male adults without any training history to make up the water running group with 18persons(BMI:28. 85±2.73,weight:88.42±9.43), the control group with 8persons(BMI:29. 21±3. 33, weight:90.42±17. 09). One in water running group will be trained for 80 min for once, 3 times per week, and 12 weeks totally, the water temperature is 25℃—28℃. The intensity , which bases on the subjects target HR and self-feeling during running, will be controlled between 110-140 b/min.The data’ s which involve the weight, body fat content, BMI, WHR, TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, Ins and Leptin of both water running group and control group is measured before and after the experiment, and the conclusion can be got is following:(1) Water running can effectively improve the body consist of obese people, depress the weight and fat , build better body shape.(2) Water running can change the component of blood fats, restrain the bad change of blood fats.(3) Water running depress the index of Ins and Left in , is an effective sport method for losing weight.(4) The water running is effect of losing weight will be better if it can be associated with feat diet controlling.
