Study On Current Situation Of Students' View Of Han And Mongolian Chemical Teachers' In Places Of Ethnic Minority

The new curriculum idea formed by the all-round-launched basic education reform demands teachers set the modern student view Everything-oriented-for-development- of-students. Based on previous study and taking the Han and Mongolian chemical teacher in ethnic minority places as objects, this study takes the approach of empirical study to conduct study and research in order to learn the current students'view of teachers, to expect to find the elements influencing students'view of teachers。This passage elaborates the contents of chemical teachers'students view in the standard of new course from four aspects: Essential View of Students,Development View of Students,Role View of Students,Evaluation View of Students.Most teachers are for modern teachers'view, while teachers who are for both raditional and modern students'view also account for some percent through the research on the currrent situation of students'view of Han and Mongolian chemical teachers in ethnic minority places. This situation lets us feel optimistic. The key to the issue is that chemical teachers should further education, update their ideas and improve their qualities through different channels.and discuss the methods to promote teachers to form a good students'view.
