"English Curriculum Standard (Experimental Manuscript)"of our state points out explicitly :"The importance of English curriculum reforms is to change the center of taking too much emphasis on the explanation of grammar and the glossary. We mustn't neglect the tendency of the students'ability in using language practically. It emphasizes the curriculum should start from students' study interest, the experience of life and the cognition level .The experience, the practice, the participation, the cooperation and the exchanging ways of study and the responsible teaching ways, all these aspects are used to develop students' comprehensive language utilization ability."Synthesis practice is a new discipline. The so-called synthesis practice class, mainly refers to taking students'interests and the direct experiences as a foundation. It studies the relationship of school life and social life , each kind of feasibility , the comprehensive nature and the practical questions. It also takes the investigative study as the leading way, raises students' innovation spirit and accumulates their practical ability. All of these are essential targets of this new course. The article tries hard to combine the theory and the practice, not only theoretically elaborates the valuable significance of basic practice curriculum ideas in elementary school English practice, but also makes the anticipated feasible system design and the arrangements. It's from the practice operation stratification plane to the elementary school English practice overall construction of the concrete teaching link, thus has realized combination of the elementary school English practice curriculum research and the practice operation.This article tries hard to analyze problems and the reasons through the multi-stratification planes in our Elementary school English synthesis practice curriculum .With the foundation of understanding the theory and the practice of domestic and foreign synthesis practice curriculum, unifying the reforming idea of the new curriculum and the teaching reality, the article proposes the solution in English teaching. It focuses on the preliminary discussion to raise the students ' English synthesis ability in utilization and practice.This article has first analyzed present situation of English synthesis practice curriculum in the elementary school and pointed out the problems of English synthesis practice curriculum in the elementary school. It proposes the vital significance of this research. Secondly, it has carried on the analysis and the elaboration of the present situation in English practice curriculum of our national elementary school. Finally it proposes the inquisition strategies of English practice curriculum in our national elementary school, mainly discusses multi-ways of evaluation in the traditional school classroom and enlarge the educational room. The implementation ways in English synthesis practice curriculum are proposed with the new curriculum background. For example, arousing the children's interests, establishing the effective teaching situation, making the English synthesis practice more interesting; making the classroom activities more skillful and effective, making the teaching more logically; enlarging the scope of study resources, enriching English synthesis practice, establishing the steady system of training teachers and so on.The conclusion part sums up the whole text. It points out the limitation of the article research and proposes the author's hope to English practice in the elementary school.
