Research Of Characteristics And Development Law Of Mathematical Application In The College Entrance Examination

The use of word problem is becoming more and more widespread, it has penetrated into all aspects of social life .For the transcendence of visionary and efforts of yan shijian,zhang dianzhou,su shidong, three veterans of mathematical educational set. The state Examination center finally decided to revive the test of word problem in the college entrance examination in 1993, and making word problem an important part in the mathematical exam paper s. After reviving the test of word problem, word problem saw detours over the past years, in the course of studying word problem, it makes us deepen the understanding of word problem in the college entrance examination, make today count and look forward.This paper adopts documentary analysis,content analysis and comparative analysis, through compiling of considerable literature, we acquired the technology of proposition,characteristics and basis of development of current word problem; I have gone through relative articles, word problems in the past 30 years, and correlational analysis, and make analysis, comparison, and procession, revealing the development law of word problem after 1993.This paper is mainly composed of five chapters.Chapter 1 introduces the issues and study design;Chapter 2 gives an introduction of some useful content of word problem in the college entrance examination.Chapter 3 describes characteristics of word problem.Chapter 4 mainly introduce the development of mathematical application through changes in its type ,situation and knowledge that questioned.Chapter 5 is conclusion and analysis, revealing the development thread and and reasons of word problem,offers some suggestions that to prepared for word problem of colledge entrance examination and in teaching areas, gives the high quality standard for judging word problem,and offers some recommendation for the future development of word problem in the college entrance examination .Through the study of word problem in college entrance examination ,we found that from 1993 to now, the word problem has experienced four stages: advocacy period (1993 - 1998), explored period (1999 - 2000), stabilization period (2001- 2003), changes period (from 2004 to today). The test of mathematical application in college entrance examination entered a "misunderstanding" that mainly test the knowledge of probability and statictics. There are three main reasons for this phenomenon: Firstly, roposition technology becomes weak, it is difficult to overcome the proposition technology of stablitiy period ; secondly, the experts studying proposition of word problem that familiar with both mathematics and the life of high school students become fewer. Thirdly, due to new high school curriculum reform, the experts of national college entrance examination centre believe that only statistical knowledge can be used as a carrier. Because of the word problem in College Entrance Examination in the past years, we get a conculusion of high quality evaluation criteria for word problem: new conception, true situation, rich test points and smart question.According to research in the process of harvesting, I give the following recommendations to the propostion of word problem in college examination.(A) Framing the word problem should following standard to improve the framing technology: new conception, true situation, rich test points and smart question.(B)To improve the framing technology,the most important is to improve the quality of proposition staff,they should develop from experience to professional, making word problem adapt to the needs of the times, strengthen the theoretical technology development of word problem, and let the proposition technology to be systematical and to form a theory, which can be useful to the promotion of propostion technology in college entrance examination.
