| Teacher's practical knowledge means the knowledge which the teacher cumulates and applies in the teaching practice after he or she discovers and apperceives the implications of practice and experience,combined his or her own life experience and personal meaning of experience by the ways of experiencing,pondering and comprehending in the daily practical teaching situation. It reflects the requirement of the independence of the present teachers' professional development by paying attention to the existence of the practical knowledge that inheres in the pre-teachers' professional fields.Pre-service teachers'practical knowledge is the outcome based on the practice of researchers to explore the subject of cooperation in order to achieve the integration of theory and practice. In this paper, based on combing the outcome of practical knowledge of teachers in system, through content, sources of pre-service teachers'practical knowledge, analysis the training objectives, resources, procedures of pre-service teachers'practical knowledge in-depth, to get the ways of training pre-service teachers'practical knowledge.This paper includes five parts. In the introduction, the author sets the research entry point that is paying attention to pre-service pre-teachers' practical knowledge. The first part is the problem. First of all, an analysis of background research, and then proceed to the relevant literature analysis, finally the research design, to start the process of specific research through literature, comparative law, content analysis and action research method.The second part of the theoretical analysis: definition of related concepts,the theoretical foundation of practical knowledge,rational from the perspective of philosophy to explore the source of teachers'practical knowledge.The third part, from the individual pre-service teachers, discuss the premise of the development of practical knowledge——Individual analysis of pre-service teachers, capacity-building objectives and the definition of knowledge basement. On this basis, get the objectives of practical training, resources and procedures.The fourth the path to develop practical knowledge of the part of pre-service teachers: Reflections on Education. From the concept and the characteristics of education reflection, approach to the contents of the case and the implementation of the main points on education reflection.The fifth is the path to develop practical knowledge of the part of pre-service teachers: the team of education practice. From the errors in education practice team, the way how to build the teaching practice team was got.Conclusions of this study, the authors sum up the shortage of work and, based on how to train our practical knowledge of pre-service teachers to make recommendations and look forward to the future, and as a starting point for follow-up study. |
