As the development of economy and culture of the society, people's require of education is improving day by day, especially those people who are living in the era of one-child policy ask for the education with higher quality. Insisting on the principle, moral education has priority to lead five other educations which are simultaneous, as well as promoting the reformation of New Course, moral education has very important practical significance to improve the quality of the people and the social morals. At present, even though the reformation is being promoted in depth, there is no reason to neglect the influence in the area of education which is made by the traditional educational models. The effect in many schools is not very perfect. So education scope and psychology study concern the study of moral effectiveness in schools.Our study use the ways lile Natural Observation, survey and interviewing to track the students in Huangchangjie School.As Huangchangjie School is a Nine-Year school, we do surveys among 1500 students from Grade One to Grade Nine,and then we use the way of Natural Observation to ovserve them, and talk to teachers ansd students , finally we get the moral educatuon status in Nine-Year schools.According to the involved theories on moral effectiveness, we find out some countermeasures to improve the effect in moral education. After a long-term practice, we find some countermeasures can improve the effect, for example:Approoriate contents can make moral education has more targets; strengthern standard education can be more effective; we emphasize to carry out humanized moral education on the main parts to achieve the aims to moral education;to make activities more lively can improve the effectiveness;right evaluation can promote development.
