The Survey And Analysis On The Current Situation Of Fields In The Golf Clubs In Central China Area

The research is made around the problems that arise in the golf clubs' construction in Central China these years. The problems include excessive partial investment, the disorder of golf field structure and some clubs' violation of concerned policies and laws in the ground utilization. The thesis makes a scientific analysis on the main problems of clubs' ground utilization, on base of which some suggestions are brought forward.By the methods of literature, field survey and interview with some people of management in golf clubs, the thesis makes a statistics of the field structure and management, analyses the scale and speed of the golf clubs' development and discusses their future development trend. The thesis especially analyses the influences of clubs' management measures on the field structure and the effect of policy changes on the problems existing the clubs' development.The main part of the thesis studied the scale and speed of the fields' development and the utilization of the fields. It make some conclusions:1.The clubs' development lags behind the local economic development in Central China;2.Some golf clubs seek a large scale blindly, resulting in the deviation from the actual needs and a low utilization rate.3.For the lack of consummate laws, rules and supervision, the investor's seek of the maximum profit leads to invalid fields structure.4.Local government is eager for quick success and instant benefit ,using the flag of golf in a blind way to enhance the economy, so a lot of illegal ground approval and construction emerge.
