The Research On Current Situation Of Golf Caddie Training In China

In this study, focus on the questionnaire investigation, literature and comparative analysis, logic analysis and other research methods, the key to our country current golf club caddie of team construction, training status are studied, based on the present stage our country golf club caddie training demand, this paper introduces the caddie training plan formulation and implementation of the strategy, and understanding of the effect evaluation, training content such as given in detail, points out the caddie training problems existing in the domestic golf club.This study concluded that the domestic golf club caddie training status quo:(1) Organization:the current domestic most of the golf club is able to carry out caddie training, club caddie training content is skills training. Most of the golf club have their own caddie training plan, but most of them didn’t get effective enforcement;(2) Content: in the current domestic golf club caddie training, foreign languages, skills, etiquette training is the core content, mental health training to provide the minimum;(3) Management:the domestic golf club has a lot of employee handbook, but using the proportion of small, most of domestic caddie training is still mainly rely on experience training. Most of China’s golf club in a fixed place for caddie training;(4) Methods: Caddie training mainly internal training, is a small number of external training. At present, most of the club managers think that the club staff after a certain amount of training, can be used as golf caddie teacher, and will have a good economic benefit;(5) Input:As for the current stage, the domestic research in this field to make the investment is still in a lower level, is not conducive to improve the service quality of the club. Basically still adopts the traditional sense of the auxiliary training equipment, to do so in a certain extent damaged caddie training enthusiasm, is not conducive to further improve the efficiency of the training level.According to the above conclusion, Suggestions are proposed in this paper:(1) Improve the understanding of the caddie training, sets up the caddie training new ideas;(2) Establish and implement the caddie training system;(3) To strengthen the caddie training demand analysis;(4) To formulate a scientific caddie training plan;(5) To strengthen the caddie training effect;(6) Strengthen the golf club in cooperation with colleges and universities.
