The school campus culture is an important part of the advanced culture of our country, which has the fundamental, leading and promoting functions to the social cultural development. The school campus culture plays an important role in the whole basic education, and it has a direct or indirect effect on the students' concept, moral character, personality and behavior through regulating, suggesting, influencing and enlightening so as to promote the students to develop all-way round.But different people have different views on what is the campus culture. On one hand, it reflects the richness, variety and uncertainty of the campus culture construction. on the other hand, it also shows people have experienced a gradual developing process on the cognition of the campus culture construction.For a long time, the construction of campus culture has been ignored and been put in the passive position. Especially, there has been little study on the construction of the primary school and middle school campus culture or the study still remains on the surface of some certain activity, or there is no systematic conception, or there is no consciousness to reflect and show the primary school and middle school campus culture. What's more, there is no conception and method to construct and reform it. There are two kinds of views on its form and development, one is natural deposition and accumulation, the other is active construction.This paper firstly introduces the researching background of the campus culture in the preface, summarizes the relevant documents on the campus culture, points out the shortcomings of the research and puts forward the problems of the research. Chapter Two defines the campus culture of primary and middle school in a scientific way and summarizes the significance of the research on it. Chapter Three analyzes the present situation of campus culture in primary and middle school in a systematic way, and summarizes the main problems of campus culture construction in the light of the facts of several schools. Based on the experts' suggestion, my own experience and the successful experience in campus culture construction, Chapter Five puts forward the methods to solve the present problems in order to advance the construction of campus culture in primary and middle school.
