The disquisitive intention of thesis is clarify a conception: "the cerebral strategies of learning", and construct a new models of learning: "the cerebral models of strategic learning". Based on the literature research, the pursuer point out: learning and study is base on the structure and function of brain; At the same time, learning and study with the brain in mind act on the brain, and facilitate to perfect the brain. Based on the literature research, defined "the cerebral strategies of learning": in a position to optimize the learning and study with the brain in mind and the development of the brain, is composed by strategies of cognizing, strategies of emotion, and strategies of controlling. By action research, constructed "the cerebral models of strategic learning", have a system that comprise five basic: grasp target, scheme strategies, implement strategies, strengthen cognize, and appraise effect. The research conclusion is: "the cerebral strategies of learning" is propitious to optimize the learning and study with the brain in mind and the development of the brain; "the cerebral models of strategic learning" is a conformity approach, the conformity of the strategies instructing with the biology teaching in middle school, it is capable to optimize the framework of class, facilitate the students become strategy learners.
