On The Growing Experience Of Top Academic Talents

The research adopts the method of qualitative research gradually applied by social science research. Qualitative research is such an activity that the researcher himself as a research tool collects data in several methods under a natural scene to inquire a whole social phenomenon, and then analyses them into a theory through induction, then builds interpretative understanding through the interaction between the researcher and the study.The object of this research is the five reward-gainers of the excellent PhD dissertations, including three in the national range and two in Hubei province. The basic issues focused by this research are: what factors have taken good effect on promoting the academic growth of excellent doctors? which qualities do the excellent doctors have to achieve their academic success and how do these qualities form? Which roles have their superviors played in the academic growth of excellent doctors and how do the roles exert? What experiences do the excellent doctors get from their academic field and how do these experiences affect their growing?To answer the above questions, by the way of opening interview to the fiveobtainers above and the angle of doctor's view, from three dimensions——students,supervisors and academic field , this article elaborately show the effect of subjective factors, supervisor and academic environment in the process of fostering excellent doctors. On this basis, the author shows excellent doctors' cognition and experience in the form of respective cases. On the ground of deeply analyzing materials, this researchputs forward Grounded-theory of three-aspects——the leading role of subjective factorsin the process of fostering excellent doctors, the encourage role of supervisor in the process of fostering excellent doctors, the symbiotic role of academic field.
