The development of a country depends on the strength of its comprehensive national strength,actually,the improvement of its comprehensive national strength is the increased demand for talent cultivation.At the beginning of the 21 st century,all countries in the world are promoting the crucial revolution in the field of education.The development of the knowledge economy requires the continuous improvement for future talents.The innovative high-quality talents need professional education to cultivate,so the demand for excellent teachers becomes more and more urgent.Of this study is based on the growth of outstanding teachers,and use the theory of teachers' practical knowledge and life philosophy to analyze the growth of excellent teachers.What's more,analyze the key time,key figure and key events to focus on the formation of teacher's personal practical knowledge and teacher's life self-realization,to inquiry the growing experience of outstanding teachers.This study focuses on the growing experience of excellent teachers and the construction of teachers' practical knowledge.By sorting out former literatures,coming up with the necessary state of excellent teachers' growth and forms its theoretical framework,including life attitude,educational concept,educational practice and professional growth.This study selects teacher Y,who has more than 20 years of educational experience,to conduct educational narrative study.Through empirical data,researcher summarizes the main stages of teacher Y's growth: learning direct practice,tempered growth through reflection and innovation,product teachers' wisdom by practice and self-reflection.Excellent teachers' growth is a complex process.Through the analysis of Y teacher growth history,researcher found that the external factors influencing the excellent teachers include educational policy,school's management,school's atmosphere,etc.,the internal factors include teachers' personality,life attitude,teaching reflection of innovation,personal education concept,professional identity,development motivation and interpersonal relationships,etc.Moreover,the construction of teachers' practical knowledge requires teachers to carry out personal educational practice in educational contexts and enrich themselves through teachers' actions.Although the growth process of each teacher is different due to the differences in various aspects,but the educational theory,teachers' education and individuals all bear different responsibilities in teachers' growing.In view of this,the reflections on the growth of excellent teachers in primary schools based on the school cultural environment,teacher education and teachers' self-development.
