Curriculum Standard of Full-time Compulsory Education for Chinese points out: "Chinese instruction should be carried on in the course of dialogue between teacher and students equally","Reading instruction is a process of dialogue among students, teachers and texts." With the participation of dialogue theory, Chinese instruction is no longer dull and tedious, instead of lively. But besides that, there are also many new thought-provoking problems. Therefore, in consideration of current condition of Chinese instruction, as to seek the essence of education and promote instruction, it is urgent for us to reflecting and analyzing the practice of dialogue-instruction, retelling the connotation of Chinese dialogue-instruction and discussing the pattern which the theory transforms into the practice.The beginning of the paper gives some kinds of misunderstanding that exist in the practice of Chinese dialogue-instruction, also, we carried on a brief analysis, which paves the way for the later words. Then, the second part defines the connotation and characteristics of Chinese dialogue-instruction on the basis of representing the development of this theory. As an activity of human beings, the essence of Chinese instruction is dialogue, namely, to accomplish the self-construction of students at last by the means of dialogue among students, teachers and texts. During the course of instruction, there is an equal relationship of dialogue among students, teachers and texts. All the language practices of students, including listening, speaking, reading and writing, are students' dialogue practices, or with others, or with texts, or with themselves. Students' competence of Chinese is capable of having dialogue. Chinese dialogue-instruction has manifested the subjectivity, the interactivity, the multi-dimensional openness and the significance production in Chinese instruction.The following two parts focus on expounding the pattern how to transform the theory into practice. The essay reveals that Chinese dialogue-instruction is carried out by the communication between teachers and students, students and students, students and texts, and reflection. Students develop their competence in Chinese through the previous communications. As a Chinese teacher, we should pay more attention to build a dialogue platform with democracy and equality, design suitable dialogue topics, master some dialogue strategies, and make correct value guiding and evaluation in the process of dialogue so as to cultivate the wisdom of educational, which are the real practical demands of Chinese dialogue-instruction.
