With the development of society, the original college logistics system can not adapt to a market economy and the development of higher education, and there is an urgent need to break the existing system, move toward the market and walk into the society so that it can share the social resources, learn from others' strong points, take part in the competition to achieve a virtuous circle in internal mechanism of university and provide a better service for the academic teaching and research as well as for the life of the staff and students.Since 1999, the socialization reform of college logistics has formerly begun to spread across the country. However after several years' exploration of theory and practice, it has achieved fairly good results in some areas. Although there are numerous obstructions in the process of reform, the results achieved have firm orientation toward socialization. Moreover, some college logistics make bold exploration of reform and provide a great inspiration to the reform. The establishment of modern enterprise system and the implementation of corporate restructuring will be the trend of college logistic development.The socialization reform of college logistics has changed the relationship between the university students and the universities as well as the logistics department. It offers the students a better living condition, makes their living environment closer to the community. Therefore, the students can fully develop their personality. The contents of moral education have also expanded and moral education has been integrated into life. The socialization reform has weakened the traditional function of the logistic moral education, weakened the traditional practice of logistic moral position and also weakened the moral content.Faced with the opportunities and challenges brought about by the socialization reform of college logistics, the moral education countermeasure of university must be targeted. The moral position has to be remolded from the perspective of logistics services. First, the social values of logistic socialization reform must be made clear, and the reform need to be known to the students. Second, conditions must be created to guide the students to participate in the logistics services. Such as providing them with friendly services, carrying out interactive activities, and guiding them to participate in practice. Third, the logistics should promote self-constructions to enable the students to experience the socialized logistic service. This can be achieved through the construction in both hardware and software. More education through life should be provided to enable the students to have a better understanding of the socialization reform of college logistic, improve their ability of "self-management, self-service, self-education", and promote them to establish the correct values and outlook on life and world.
