Empirical Study On The Path To Socialization Reform Of College Logistics

The socialization reform of college logistics services leads the emergence of thenew rear service mode. It is one of the profound changes of the history of the highereducation reform and development of our country and has important milestonesignificance. Socialization refers to the transformation from the traditional closedself-supporting logistics management mode to the open mode under the marketeconomy system. And it can free the universities from the multifarious affairs. This isthe inevitable requirement and result of market economy and the development ofmodern society. The exploration of college logistics reform in our country hasexperienced nearly30years, and it has made great achievement. But with thedeepening of the reform, new situation and new problems appear constantly, such aslegal person status of logistics enterprises, the access mechanism of social enterprises,the property right system and modern enterprise system, etc. How to further deepenthe socialization reform of university logistics, enhance the vitality of highereducation, and improve the quality and efficiency of service is a realistic problem thatmust be addressed.Based on the practice of the socialization reform of college logistics, this papersummarizes and combs the related research in college logistic reform in domestic andmanagement experience of some foreign universities with the method of literaturefirstly. Then we summarize the development course and current modes of the collegelogistics socialization reform in our country with a series of research methods, such ascomparative analysis and field survey method. Finally, based on the theory ofinstitutional change, property change and customer relation management, this paperestablished the system diagnosis theoretical framework of college logistics servicesystem from the perspective of system analysis. On this basis, we adopt ATLASqualitative analysis software and do an empirical study with the case of the logisticssocialization reform of Tianjin University. This paper summarizes the currentsituation, founds the problems, and put forward corresponding suggestions from theangle of internal mechanism, external performance, control and support of the system.In this paper, the specific point of view as follows:(1) The logistics service guarantee system of new campus can consider academy system;(2) Positioning the productattributes of college logistics service as basic personal goods;(3)In the systemframework of old campus logistics management, the nature of the logistics enterprisesare the same with the society enterprises, and the relationship between them arecompetitive;(4) We can take measures from the aspect of system operation, systemcontrol and system support etc. to perfect the logistics service mechanism. Amongthem, the personnel system reform can consider a more positive approach to furtheraccelerate the reform of the logistics group. The study provides theoretical basis andpractical direction for the current exploration of logistics socialization reform.
