Research On Deepening Logistics Socialization Reform Of S College In Chongqing

Since the 1980 s,Western advanced countries have adopted a new type of public management operation mode,using market mechanisms to improve the level of public management and the quality of public services.At the end of the 20 th century,China carried out the socialization reform of college logistics in the whole country,and incorporated the logistics services of universities into the tertiary industry of the society,and established a market-oriented and privatized service system that was guided by the government and undertaken by the society to meet the needs of higher education.The socialization of logistics in universities is a major reform of the university-running system.The logistics management not only affects the environment for the development of teachers and students to a certain extent,buthas an important impact on the “teaching” and “learning” in universities.With the continuous deepening of the socialization of college logistics,we will still face difficulties and problems that need to be solved in many aspects such as ideological concepts and theoretical innovations,systems and mechanisms,policy measures,personnel quality,and market environment.Based on this,colleges and universities should find a suitable theoretical model to guide the logistics reform according to the specific situation.At this point,the new public management and new public service theory in public management provides a new idea for the re-recognition of this specific field.This paper closely focuses on the theme of university logistics socialization.On the basis of previous studies,it continues to collect and analyze relevant process materials,analyze and grasp the process dynamics of college logistics socialization,and draw on the new public management theory to reform it.Besides,the results obtained and the existing problems are discussed,and the relevant cases are compared and analyzed.Finally,the conclusions of this paper are comprehensively drawn,and corresponding reform measures and policy recommendations are proposed for the specific problems of the reform of college logistics socialization.
