At present, China's national and local education in middle schools teaching physics research concentrated mostly in the field of cognitive skills, and also in emotional area, but the research in the field of thinking edibility in not too much. General Physics Teaching in the secondary school only, takes thinking as a teaching guide on how to deal with the specific physical and thinking ability, but pays no more attention to the clear physical thinking ability. The classification of secondary school physics teaching in mixed, and doesn't provide solid foundation to the foster of thinking ability in the system and teaching contents, which, to certain extent, ignored the essence of fostering students' basic learning and practical ability in the physical teaching. Based on the secondary school physical teaching practice, the thesis analyzes the thinking ability in the secondary school from 4 aspects such as the necessity of researches on physical thinking ability, the classification, the fundamental, the exercise and evaluation, and further puts forward relevant suggestions, which may benefit basic educators and the future research and teaching field.
