| In the new turn of geography curriculum and educational reform, curriculum and educational evaluation reform is the core of the whole new curriculum reform. "Establishing the procedure, impelling the evaluation" is the guideline of curriculum evaluation, and the authentic evaluation soaked in the fourth generation of evaluation meets the needs of this reform. Thus it is of great reference value for Chinese geographical teaching of high school.This article uses a number of methods,such as docummetary analysis, questionnaire investigation and practice research and so on to analyze the extensive meaningfulness and qualities of geography authentic evaluation and the available practice and improvement of carrying on such assessment in our country. Furthermore, it mentions the basic process of evaluating the geography authentically . In the end, it adopts some specified cases by summing up its analysis.In the first part, this article discusses the background information, meaningfulness, current states, thinking process of research and clarifies the necessity of this article's study.In the second part, the article states the theoretical foundation of authentic evaluation. It indicates that authentic evaluation is derived from the assessment of the structure and the logic as well as multi-aptitude which satisfied the requirement of current geographical teaching reform.The third part introduces the extensive meaningfulness and qualities of authentic assessment and analyzes the available practice of carrying on it in geographical teaching. At last, it points out the basic process of its analyzing of authentic evaluation.The fourth part chiefly focuses on practising research for authentic evaluation on the basis of previous researching fruits.The fifth part comes to the conclusion of the whole article. Meanwhile, it spots out the current problems and the future researching directions. |
