In order to deal with the challenges of the knowledge economy and the information society,cultivating the core qualities of students has become an urgent task for education.The evaluation system for students with core qualities in our country is still at an exploratory stage.To learn from this,it is necessary to draw lessons from the advanced experience of domestic and foreign student evaluation.The balance and coordination of IBDP courses and evaluations make the students better equipped with the core literacy.IBDP students' academic evaluation is a formative evaluation,a summative evaluation and authentic evaluation.Through literature review,this study defines the meaning of the authentic evaluation and considers it to be both an evaluation method and an evaluation concept.What is the overview of the authentic evaluation of IBDP?What are the goals,processes and methods of evaluation?What is the evaluation mechanism of student evaluation,especially in IBDP Chinese A?(The third chapter).In order to analyze the application of authentic evaluation in Chinese A in the process of IB global examination,the three dimensions of authentic evaluation are served as the analytical framework for this study,they are authentic situation,authentic tasks and authentic standards(The fourth chapter).As a group of IBDP subject groups,the assessment of the Chinese A global exam is implemented in two parts,internal evaluation and external evaluation.When analyzing the application of authentic evaluation in school,this article mainly uses extended oral activities as an example to analyze the application of authentic evaluation from the three dimensions.The appraisal of authentic evaluation has a high level of application in internal evaluation,this method of evaluation coincides with the way of authentic evaluation.Since the external evaluation is mainly in the form of a paper-pencil test,this dissertation selects ten papers from the global test paper in recent years as the research objects for analysis.Analyze them also from the three dimensions:authentic situation,authentic tasks and authentic standards,the result shows the level of the application of authentic evaluation is lower than that of internal evaluation.However,since the exam questions are mainly open questions,they mainly examine students'creative writing skills.This evaluation reflects the concept of authentic evaluation.In addition,there are still many deficiencies in this study.The most important one is the selection of cases.This study does not use authentic evaluation to analyze actual cases.Instead,an existing case analysis was selected.
