The combination of practice and learning considered students as main body and employment as direction is a kind of model of training talents, which utilizes the environment and sources outside, including enterprise or trade. So, this kind of model of training talents can make students obtain work experience and improve all---round ability, especially the specialty skill.In recent years, model of training talents for combination of practice and learning has been carrying out rapidly under the advocate of the government, the model meets the need of high—quality talents in the process of industrialization; It encourages higher vocational and technical education to build connotation; It makes the charming of higher vocational and technical education show fully.At present, a lot of research on combination of practice and learning has been conducted at home .But few people make a systematic research on certain province or autonomous region. The findings are generalized experience, lack the theoretical level. Consequently, it has important value to make a systematic research on the combination of practice and learning in higher vocational colleges of Guangxi from both reality and theory, taking the higher vocational colleges of Guangxi as background and three higher vocational colleges as concrete object of study.Since the slogan of combination of practice and learning has been put forward in the higher vocational colleges, a series of practice has been carried out actively in Guangxi higher vocational colleges. The stuffs and students make much exploration and efforts based on different situation in higher vocational colleges, and make enormous achievement. However, emphasizes on the operation of combination of practice and learning is inadequate. The author analyses the problem from three important factors, including government, higher vocational colleges and enterprises.The thesis is made up of four parts: The first part is introduction. This part expounds the origin, research status, related concept definition, the way of thought and the research method, contents and significance of combination of combination of practice and learning in higher vocational colleges in Guangxi. This part focus on the following questions: what is combination of practice and learning; why to study this issue-----the combination of practice and learning in Guangxi higher vocational colleges; how to implement the research? The reason is difficult for the development of combination of practice and learning. One reason is realistic need. Another reason is the particularity of higher vocational colleges.The second part discusses the theoretical foundation and realistic necessity of development of combination of combination of practice and learning higher vocational colleges. The theoretical foundation is cooperative education theory, the theory of combination of education and production and Human Capital theory. The realistic necessity discusses two points: Firstly, the achievement of development of combination of practice and learning is made at home and abroad. Secondly, realistic situation in our country and particularity of higher vocational and technical education decides the operation of combination of combination of practice and learning in higher vocational colleges.The deep analysis in the third part is made. Understanding the situation of development of combination of combination of practice and learning in Guangxi higher vocational colleges, through the way of questionnaire and interview; Pointing out development of combination of combination of practice and learning needs to be strengthened. After analysis, the author suggests that there are three points lead to the inadequate development of combination of combination of practice and learning. Firstly, regulation and law is not perfect; second, the ideology in the vocational colleges is conservative; thirdly, the enterprise's ideology is backward.The fourth part, the countermeasure of development of combination of combination of practice and learning effectively is proposed based on survey and analysis of the above. The way of thought is to construct the system which still needs to be improved after the relationship between higher vocational college, government and market is coordinated. First, government should enact workable policy and law to supervise, direct and guarantee the operation of combination of combination of practice and learning. Second, a new idea of servicing students should be established in higher vocational colleges. Third, enterprise/trade should change old concepts slowly, and bear the responsibility of development of combination of practice and learning. Fourth, the author believes that it is urgent to set up a sharing practical training base in several regions from angle of public service on the special situation in Guangxi.Finally, in addition to the conclusion, the author points out that some shortcomings in the thesis should be reflected and some questions needs to be paid attention to and explored in future.
