This study takes the learning quality of students enrolled in vocational colleges as the entry point,adopts the research method of combining quantification and orientation,and conducted a survey and research within the scope of Yangling vocational and technical college.The purpose of this study is to investigate the quality of individual enrollment students in higher vocational colleges.Through investigation and finding problems and in-depth analysis of the root causes behind the problems,we want to put forward the corresponding countermeasures,in order to promote vocational colleges in education out of their own characteristics,so that students can realize their ideals and aspirations,to promote social and economic development to make contributions.Through research,the following conclusions are drawn in this paper: The scale of individual enrollment in China is constantly expanding,and the higher vocational education system is constantly developing and improving.However,in such an environment,the learning quality of individual students has become increasingly prominent.As a new thing,there are many twists and turns in the development process of individual enrollment in higher vocational colleges.There are some factors at the school level,mainly because: the expansion of enrollment is too fast,and the single enrollment mode is not good;insufficient education funds and facilities,which makes it difficult to guarantee the improvement of education quality;the overall quality of teachers is not high,and the education and guidance for students of individual enrollment category is not enough;the curriculum and teaching reform is slow and does not match the needs of the students enrolled separately;the evaluation system of individual students is not reasonable;the enrollment quality of students in the category of independent enrollment is generally low.There are also family and social factors: practice high-quality learning behaviors and cultivate good learning habits;establish a cooperative relationship between family and school to correct the concept of family education;strengthen the formulation of policies and systems to effectively guarantee students' learning;continue to implement the self-recruitment system to improve the social status of higher vocational education;prevent the infringement of social bad atmosphere on higher vocational education.In view of the problems found in practice research and various internal and external factors dug out,we put forward targeted solutions from the school level,the family level and the social level.School level: To raise the entrance threshold of individual students and strengthen the process control of school;Strengthen its own hardware and software construction,promote the reform of the internal management of higher vocational colleges;Strengthen the construction of teaching staff and construct the teaching quality management system;Improve course content and practical activities,carry out media literacy education;The evaluation subject is diversified,the university,the enterprise and the student three forces cooperate;Attach importance to the construction of campus culture and create a positive cultural atmosphere.Family and social level: Practice high-quality learning behavior,cultivate good learning habits;Establish the cooperative relationship between family and school,correct the concept of family education;Strengthen the formulation of policies and systems to ensure students' learning;Continue to implement self-recruitment system to improve the social status of higher vocational education;Guard against the encroachment of bad social atmosphere on higher vocational education.
