In the view of Educational Ecology, this essay reveals the relation between the ecological change for better of the Marginal Middle School and the teacher growth . It should be put forth effort to improve the school's eco-structure and create the good atmosphere for the teacher growth. For this purpose, several dimensions should be included as follows: the first is the school characteristic. The Marginal Middle School itself proves the rational exit by its charateristic in the district educational system. The key to the full show of school characteristic lies in the development of subjects based on the special school and the overall advance of teacher qualities. The secondary is the center. The seeking for the center could promote the teacher quality ,improve the ecological environment of the Marginal Middle School and guide the times development. The last is the community. The interactions of many educational eco-factors around the teacher form vital organism which embodies the modern educational thoughts. The characteristic atmosphere, the center seeking and the community reach the identity in the relation between ideality and reality, and between the school ecological improvement and the teacher growth. The improvement of the school ecological shape should work in concert with the teacher's thinking, awaken their wisdom and delight their body and mind for the benefit of the mutual growth of the school and teachers.
