Teachers are the executors of teaching,who are the bridge communication between schools and students,schools and society,and also are the mainstay of education development and construction.In the 21 st century,cultivating innovative talents is the main melody of education development,therefore,the teachers' specialty development is becoming more and more important.Senior high school biology teachers are the initiators of the senior high school biology subject knowledge,so the high school biology teachers should also be developed distinctively,and they should be trained as a group of high-qualified talents,in order to let biology teachers to complete the teaching goal and exploration on the basis of bold innovation,and to form a good teaching effect of its own unique teaching style.Literature analysis,interview method,questionnaire survey were mainly used in this paper,combined with the relevant theory of education principle.The goal of this paper is to investigate and analysis the characteristic growth factor of the senior high school biology teachers.Based on the general growth experience of teachers,a suitable way for high school biology teachers was concluded in this paper.In this paper,the conclusion has the following two aspects:?.Senior high school biology teachers' characteristic growth factors.On one hand,for the individual drive force impacted on the growth characteristics of high school biology teachers,including teachers' personal interests,abilities,attitude factors.Among them,the interest factor was the important driving force of the development of the high school biology teachers characteristics;Power factor was the important basis for the development of high school biology teachers characteristics;Attitude factor was the important guarantee of high school biology teachers characteristic development.On the other hand,the external dynamic impact on the growth characteristics of high school biology teachers,including the influenced factors of finally with our school,the other school and colleagues,the school leadership,as well as the characteristics of teacher evaluation mechanism,etc.?.Senior high school biology teachers' characteristic growth pathways.According to the investigation and the analysis of the influence of the characteristic growth ways of senior high school biology teachers,a common way which is suitable to senior high school biology teachers' characteristic growth was summarized in this paper,that is,the characteristics of high school biology teachers “characteristic growth trilogy”.?.“Imitation Course”should be a learning phase of the imitation of the experienced teachers for teachers' professional career of their early age,which is also the starting point of the formation of the featured teachers.?.The phrase of “Training Course” should be the characteristics of senior high school biology teachers' gestation stage.?.“Magical Course” means to make their own biology class “magic".In this phase the characteristics were formed and stabilized for the senior high school biology teachers.
