An Investigation On Physique Feature And Health State Of College Teachers In Hangzhou

Purpose:Physical and psychological health is the base of life,study and work,and an important part of the comprehensive and health development of a person.The situation of the physical and psychological health of our college teachers will not only have a great impact on their own happiness of life and the achievement in work,but also play an important role in the development of the physical and psychological health of the college students.Therefore,the deep study of the situation of our college teachers' physical and psychological health has a significant meaning in guaranteeing the success of the policy of education in all-round development and the cultivation of high-qualified talents.Method:845 college teachers in the city of Hangzhou were carried on the measurement of the height,the body weight,the vital capacity,the strength of grasping, vertical jumped,the push-up,the sit-ups,the body bent,one leg standing with eyes closed,response,stair index,and so on.Combined with three kinds of questionnaires: the Cornell medicine index Questionnaire,the SCL-90 symptoms self-evaluation questionnaire and the social supporting evaluation questionnaire,this paper will have an analysis on the comparison of physical health and physiological health,psychological health and social health.Result:(1)The physical qualities index including the strength of grasping,the body bent,vertical jumped,one leg standing with eyes closed,the push-up,the sit-ups, response and so on reduced along with the age increased generally;(2)The levels of the physical integrated assessment are as follows:19.7%excellent,31.8%merely good, 35.8%just up to grade,12.7%failed;(3)The Cornell medicine Index among the grades of the physical integrated assessment and the final score of the social supporting evaluation,is of separately,obvious difference(p＜0.05)and extremely obvious difference(p＜0.01);(4)While the score of the SCL-90 symptoms self-evaluation did not see much difference(p＞0.05).Conclusion:The indexes of the college teachers' physical build,body enginery and qualification of Hangzhou city conform to common adult body and age characteristic change rule in our country.The college teachers' physical condition influences the physiological health and social supporting,but it rarely refluences the psychological health.
