The Analysis About Evolution And Situation For The Employment Policy Towards College Graduates Since The Establishment Of P.R.C.

Employment of college graduates is the hot spot nowadays. There are many papers focusing on this issue, while they are not based on the angle of policy and not so profound. It is oblivious that national employment policy plays a major role to help college graduates get the job successfully. This is the reason this topic was chosen for Master's thesis.The employment policy for college graduates is changing accompanying with the revolution of national political and economic system. By distinguishing some certain definitions, this paper narrates briefly about the principle and criteria of the establishment, execution and evaluation of public policy. This paper will focus on the establishment, the advantage and disadvantage of different policies like unified assignment, adjustment and reform, and implementation of market-oriented policy etc. Based on the problems of the current employment policy listed at the end of this paper, some ways have been raised for consummating the policy. The ways are like changing the employment system, canceling the limitation from the policy among college graduates employment, encouraging the employment with the positive policy, strengthening the leading conception for college graduates employment, and promoting the competitive capability when hunting the job. All the ways mentioned above are supposed to provide the theoretical sources for current employment policy.
