Into the 21st century, it is the the major task to cultivate the spirit of innovation and the capacity to practice in mathematics teaching, and how to effectively train students to mathematical problems is the ability of the source of innovation, but also the starting point of mathematics teaching and learning activities and the end result. There is an old saying: "Questioned ourselves is very important for our learning", "Learning from thinking, thinking from questioned." questioned is the source of thought, the question is the start to explore new knowledge, and the force of innovation. Einstein said, "It is often more important to raise an issue than solve a problem. "So, ability to ask questions is the basis to help students enhance their innovation capability and is the key to implemente quality education.This paper analysis the factors for the ability of students to posing mathematical problems from starting own teaching practice, and is based on secondary school mathematics classroom teaching. And expositions strategies and approaches to cultivate the ability of students to posing mathematical problems, and it is proposed to training students the ability to ask questions workable teaching methods.The full paper is divided into seven parts:the first part is introduction, the status is summarized that is students had not question consciousness and the ability of students to posing mathematical problems is lower from domestic and abroad. pointed out the significance and research direction to research"posing mathematics question". And leads to the subjectThe second part is the theory of the ability of posing mathematics question. There is a define to the problem, the problem consciousness, posing mathematics question and the ability of posing mathematics question etc, and expounded the basis of psychology for this research.The third part is the survey of the ability of posing mathematical problems.Part IV, the factor is analysised that affect the ability of students posing mathematical problems. Through the survey results, the internal factor is the interest of students and attitude - want to ask, courage and spirit - dare ask, awareness and strategy - good mismanagement asked to analysis, as well as external factors, that the traditional culture, education and teaching concepts, strategies and teacher education, and other aspects of the teaching method for analysis.Part V is a mathematics problem capacity-building strategies and means by updating teaching concepts, improve teaching methods, the creation of the problem situation, improving the classroom environment, and a democratic atmosphere, timely and reasonable evaluation of a way to inspire students interested in establishing confidence in students, taste a fun and cultivate awareness of the problem.Part VI is a mathematics problem ability of teaching practice, the use of inquiry teaching, the problem of teaching students gradually cultivate awareness of the issue so as to enhance the students ability to mathematical problems.Part VII practice effectiveness and case studies, based on research in the theory of teaching practice explored through a train students, "raise questions" capacity ways, and has achieved positive results. Teaching in the hope that the work of changing the traditional teaching of the injection, using inquiry, the problem of teaching, the students gradually increase the capacity of mathematical problems.
