Learning Community in classroom of this study is based on the concept of communities of practice. It expounds the concept and deep analyzes the characteristics. With this concept, it discusses the effective strategies of interaction in classroom. Interaction is one of the key elements in learning community, so the study is of great significance.This study takes Class Electronic Business of 2005 in preparatory Department in Suzhou Radio and Television University as a case study. It attempts to carry out the practical teaching in English class with the teaching theory of learning community. With the research of the interaction in classroom, the following effective strategies of interaction are put forward: (1) constructing teaching aims in class, including common vision and concrete target; (2)optimizing group structure; (3) training communication skills among students; (4)methods of creating learning environment; (5) the principle of classroom discipline management; (6)establishing good teacher-student relationship.With the study, we can strengthen the interpersonal interaction in class, enhance participants'enthusiasm of communication, promote the participants'learning motivation. It is of great significance to improve the quality of teaching in classroom.
