The Tentative Analysis And Countermeasures' Research For The Ideological Problems Of Contemporary Female University Students

With the change of the times, people pay widespread attention to feminine problems. As one of special communities of females, the contemporary female university students' survival and development conditions refract multitudinous social elements, and provide the important perspective for the women status and the social development trend. Many phenomena indicate, because of feminine own special characteristics, the female university students have many ideological problems in society, which mainly display as follows: the weakness in the consciousness of self-respect, self-confidence, striving to improve and supporting oneself; the uncertainty of values and standards to the right and the wrong; the non-loftiness in their ideal and faith. In a word, the psychological problems of the majority are on the increase. The influence of feudal traditional culture and western values; the effect multiple market economy benefits, and the social approval attitude to females; the incompleteness in their psychological quality; and the difficulties in getting employed-all these can account for these ideological problems mentioned above. Directing at these problems, we can take these counter measures: taking " four-form " (self-respect, self-confidence,striving to strong and supporting oneself) education as the starting point to set up proper "three-view" (view of the world, view of life and values); taking human-oriented education as the cut-in point to improve their ideological and moral quality; taking campus cultural reconstruction as the point of application to build up a striving and upward atomosphere; taking psychological and health education as the breakthrough point to improve their psychological quality and the ability to anti-setback; taking getting employed as the foothold to promote the employment of female university students.
