The new round fundamental curriculum reform would pave the way for the development ofteachers' consciousness of curriculum.Based on the investigation of subjects of some senior and junior school teachers in Changsha and Xiangtan Municipal,Hunan Province,the paper has studied the actuality of teachers'consciousness of curriculum and analyzed its restrictive factors,which would brought out realistic approaches to push teachers' consciousness of curriculum.The paperis consisted of four parts.In chapter one,the background and significance of the research was introduced,and the paper made synthetic review about the previous studies.In chapter two,the connotation and component of teachers' consc iousness of curriculum was mainly analyzed.Curriculum consciousness is the teachers'cognition of experience accumulation to the students.In brief,it is the cognition of teachers' of curriculum content.It concludes the following teachers'consciousness of participation,curriculum objecttion,curriculum creation,curriculum reflection.Curriculum consciousness can be found both inside teachers' views of curriculum and outside teachers'teaching activety.In chapter three,the paper carried out the investigational research on the development actuality of teachers' consciousness of curriculum through questionnaire and visiting.Following aspects can be found though investigation.Since the new curriculum reform,the curriculum consciousness of primary schools and middle schools of Hunan province is at level of intermediate,thedevelopment of teachers' consciousness of curriculum participation and reflection is better than consciousness of objection and creation.The main factors that restricting teachers' curriculum consciousness involves the views of teachers' curriculum, curriculum knowledge,school culture.In chapter four,the countermeasure of teachers' consciousness of curriculum was lodged from the results of the investigation.Improving the ability of teachers' implementing curriculum and the ability of curriculum development in the process of education and instruction carried at school.We should establish teacher evaluation system to facilitate the development of teacher.We should encourage teachers to do educational research and curriculum development more effectively.
