Teachers' curriculum consciousness refers to their acute perception and understanding to the curriculum and the corresponding self-consicous,purposeful response which is formed in their educational practice.It shows on what degree do teachers discover and solve the problems from the point of view of curriculum.It mainly includes curriculum goal conscious,curriculum implementation consciousness, curriculum resources developmental consciousness and curriculum evaluation consciousness.Considering the new curriculum reform as the background,this study mainly investigate the current situation of primary and secondary schools teachers' curriculum conciousness through the way of the questionnaire,and give some suggestions on how to promote their curriculum consciousness.The paper consists five parts:In the introduction part,I mainly discussed the origin and relevant concepts such as "curriculum consciousness" and expounded the purpose,the signicicance,the approach and method of this research.Part one is a literature Review.This part analysed the existing relevant research literatures mainly from four aspects:(1) the relevant concepts of curriculum consciousness;(2) the composition of teacher's curriculum consciousness;(3) the influencing factors of teacher's curriculum consciousness;and(4) the establishing and construting of teacher's curriculum consciousness.Part two work out a questionnaire which include 36 questions,and each question appears in the form of 5 scales.It is used for testing through the issuance of 300 parts of questionnaire for primary and secondary school teachers in Henan,Guizhou and Hainan, then carrying on topic discrminability and validity analysis uses the software of SPSS13.0,finally get the formal questionnaire which contain 31 questions.Part three are survey and analysis of influencing factors.The reseach selected Henan,Guangdong,Chongqing 3 urbans,11 schools of 1200 primary school and secondary school teachers as the research objects.The descriptive analysis of questionnaire mainly uses the software of SPSS13.0,analyse curriculum goal conscious, curriculum implementation consciousness,curriculum resources developmental consciousness,curriculum evaluation consciousness.And also the factor analysis was done to the key factors(gender,education,length of service,school type,school site, school property,number of times of training) influencing teacher's curriculum consciousness.Part four are conclusions and suggestions.Analysis showed the gender,the length of service,the school type,the times of training have obvious effects on the teacher's. curriculun consciousness.The schoolmarm's curriculum consciousness level should be superior to the man teacher.The teacher's curriculum consciousness of Working for 6-10 years is lower than these who working for 11-20 years and more than 20 years. The primary school teacher's curriculun consciousness is higher than secondary teacher's curriculun consciousness.Teacher's curriculum consciousness and training show the positive relationship.In general,the teacher's course consciousness presents the following characteristic:(1) Under the background of new curriculum reform,teacher are carrying on positive exploration to the new course ideas of reform advocated,and the teacher's curriculum consciousness has already been awakened,and develop towards the good direction of independent and conscious good direction;(2) Teacher's curriculum goal consciousness and teacher's curriculum implementation consciousness are better than teacher's resources developmental consciousness and teacher's curriculum evaluation consciousness;(3) Also there is phenomenon that contradiction,thought and behavior theoretically do not accord with in the real education teaching practice,need leading and improving hard(4) Course consciousness of teacher lack whole consistency and stability,and appear that course goal consciousness,course implement consciousness, course appraise consciousness misplace each other.Finally,give several suggestions form school-based and self-reflexivity respects.
