In recent years, more and more educators have realized the great role of the instant feedback for classroom teaching, which can help teachers to regulate and control the teaching process effectively and strengthen targeted teaching. It has been always a plagued problem for teachers how to get instant and comprehensive feedback to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching. In order to solve the bottleneck of teaching feedback, it is essential to use modern information technology. Information technology, which makes continuous process, provides teachers with more choices to optimize classroom teaching. Following the traditional one-way presentation technology, immediate interactive feedback technology was brought into our vision during the process of introducing technology into the classroom. This 1:1 handheld device manifests the fundamental requirements of information technology, which are students-oriented and classroom-entered and instruction-serviced, and hints some new directions of the uses of information technology in classroom teaching, and has unique advantages in collecting information and formative evaluation during the process of teaching.The paper is committed to both the theory and practice aspects. The author analyzes the problems and dilemmas of the current classroom teaching, shows the change and impact on teachers'teaching and students'learning because of the classroom information environment. The author interprets the theoretical basis of bringing IRS into classroom, studies the teaching philosophy under the conditions of interactive technology classroom deeply ,makes clear which teaching strategies and models and approaches fits the classroom. Combing action research, laboratory research, surveys and other research methods, the author analyzes and reviews and reflects the effectiveness of the application in details. During the process, the author experiences the whole experiment. Finally, the author sums up the current limitations of the IRS equipment, and does a certain amount of technical exploration to the new mobile model, which is reference to the technological development trend of IRS.Through study and explore, we introduce IRS to our existing instruction. Using appropriate teaching strategies, IRS will promote our teaching tremendously: to teachers, it can help teachers diagnose teaching, improve the teacher-student interaction and the comprehensive capacity, enhance teaching fluency and classroom training, and optimize the learning process. To students, it can activate the classroom learning atmosphere, make students feel that the classroom is lively and interesting, make students be mental focus and be good at thinking. It can stimulate students the change from "passive learning" to "active learning", which not only promote the deepening of study but also enhance learning effectiveness. To the tool itself, it makes students have a more equitable learning environment in schools and upgrade the utilization of multimedia equipment.In short, IRS as a new teaching media can better support teachers'teaching and better reflect the students'learning. It not only supports the display of knowledge content, but also supports the evaluation of classroom teaching relying on feedback information. There are tremendous effects on both the immediate feedback of the classroom teaching to the accumulation of record growth figures in the classroom.
